When will my order be ready to collect?

Within 1/2 business days, you will receive an email telling you your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation and ID with you when collecting.
When will you dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched within 2/3 business days.
What is your returns policy?

All items can be returned for a full refund if they are in their original condition within 14 days of reciept. If items are faulty / damaged then please take a photograph and contact avonfastenings@aol.com and we will be happy to assist.
